She is experienced in financial and consumer services and life sciences; organizations ranging in size from 30 to 3500. Sandy is passionate about taking small and mid-size organizations to their next growth phase.

For the last decade, Sandy's focus has been on leveraging her global investment banking experience in NYC as CHRO and CAO (Mocatta Metals, The Falconwood Group, Fimat and Newedge, divisions of Societe Generale) into the small and mid-cap sectors including as an entrepreneur of a thriving franchise operation. Her previous background has provided Sandy with strong expertise in change management and transformational growth strategies. Sandy has been successful in helping companies reach and exceed their corporate objectives and helping them become "Employers of Choice."
